Virginia State Route 62 is a road that goes from US 58/360 east of Danville to the VA/NC State Line just northwest of Milton, NC. The route indirectly serves the Virginia International Raceway.

The Route Path:
VA-62 starts at an intersection with US 58 and US 360 in rural Pittsylvania County, east of Danville. The route heads southeast, before curving south as it passes through fields and woods. Shortly after, VA-62 passes next to the Danville-Pittsylvania Fairground, as it curves southeast.
The route loses some elevation, before regaining it as it continues southeast. Shortly after, VA-62 enters the southwestern-most part of Halifax County, right before reaching its southern end at the VA-NC State Line. The road continues south as NC-62, entering the town of Milton, before turning south away from NC-57.
