Interstate 564 is a spur freeway that goes from VA-337 in Naval Station Norfolk to I-64/US 60. The interstate primarily serves the naval base as a spur interstate of I-64.

The Route Path:
I-564 starts at the northern end of VA-337 in Naval Station Norfolk. The interstate goes by some buildings and under the Chambers Field runway. It continues by more buildings before an incomplete access exit with VA-406.
After the exit, I-564 has an exit for US 460, and right after that exit, the interstate reaches its eastern end at an interchange with I-64.
My Experiences:
I have never been on I-564, but I have passed its eastern end on I-64 numerous times.
