Virginia State Route 255 is a road that goes from US 340 south of Berryville to US 17/50 south of Millwood. The route serves as a connector between South US 340 and East US 50, and vice-versa.

The Route Path:
VA-255 starts at an intersection with US 340, 3 miles south of Berryville, and makes a sharp turn to the south. The route passes through rural Clarke County, before reaching Millwood after 3 miles.
VA-255 turns onto a concurrency with SR-723, as both routes go through the community. Just southeast of Millwood, the route leaves the concurrency, and goes south again, before reaching its southern terminus at US 17 and US 50.
