Virginia State Route 73 is a short road that goes from US 1 northwest of Chamberlayne to I-95 still northwest of Chamberlayne. The route is a short connector between US 1 and I-95 and is part of the longer Parham Road, which goes from the north end of VA-150 to US 301/VA-2 just southwest of the Hanover/Henrico County Line.

The Route Path:
VA-73 begins at an intersection with US 1 northwest of the CDP of Chamberlayne. The route heads east past some businesses, intersecting Aberdeen Street and the entry to the Northpark Business Center. Shortly after this, VA-73 approaches an interchange with I-95.
The median widens up at this interchange, and the route reaches its eastern end at the end of the interchange. Parham Road itself continues northeast past a neighborhood before curving southeast and reaching its end at an intersection with US 301/VA-2.
My Experiences:
I have never been on VA-73. However, I have been on the unnumbered parts of Parham Road multiple times, and have been past the east end of that road on US 301/VA-2 in June 2023.
