Virginia State Route 212 is a road that goes from VA-218 in Dahlgren Junction to VA-3 Business just northeast of Fredericksburg. The route connects Fredericksburg to some of its northeastern suburbs.

The Route Path:
VA-212 begins at an intersection with VA-218 in the community of Dahlgren Junction. The route heads southeast, going past some neighborhoods as a 4-lane divided street. Shortly after this, VA-212 curves southwest as it turns into an undivided street.
The route then passes through some residential areas, soon losing elevation as it curves to the south before reaching its southern end at an intersection with VA-3 Business, just northeast of the city of Fredericksburg.
