Virginia State Route 399 is a very short road that has both ends on US 33/250 in Richmond. This route serves the parking lot for the Science Museum of Virginia. The route is westbound only.

The Route Path:
VA-399 starts at the intersection of US 33/250 (Broad Street) and Davis Avenue. The very short route goes northeast, curving to pass the entrance of the Science Museum of Virginia. After passing the entrance, VA-399 curves again, and reaches its end at the intersection of Broad Street and Robinson Street.
