Virginia State Route 222 is a road that goes from VA-200 southwest of Kilmarnock to a dead end in Weems. The route connects VA-200 to the CDP of Weems.

The Route Path:
VA-222 begins at an intersection with VA-200 in the community of Christ Church. The route heads southwest, passing through some rural, wooded areas. Shortly after, VA-222 curves, before passing through some fields as it has an intersection with SR-632.
After the intersection, the route curves to the southeast, approaching the CDP of Weems. VA-222 passes through some residential areas, before turning northeast at an intersection with SR-631 and SR-708. After the route passes through the main area of Weems, it curves southeast. There, VA-222 reaches its southern end, which is a dead end at Sloop Landing Point.
